At LadyPrisso, we offer highly curated, premium handcrafted ethnic and maternity wear. To maintain our high standards of quality and competitive pricing, we enforce a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, we offer a **one-time exchange or replacement** for the exact same product:

• You must contact us within **48 hours of delivery** to report the issue.
• To qualify for an exchange, you must provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage/defect along with your Order ID.
• Once verified, we will arrange for a free reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement product to you.

2. Size Exchange Policy

We want to ensure your handcrafted garments fit perfectly. If you ordered the wrong size, we accept exchanges for a different size under the following terms:

• Exchange requests must be submitted within **7 days of delivery**.
• The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags and packaging fully intact.
• Exchanges are subject to size availability of the specific product. If the size is out of stock, our customer support will assist you with choosing another item of equal value.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled **before dispatch**:

• If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
• Once the order is handed over to our shipment partner (**Shiprocket**), it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
