Welcome to LadyPrisso. We want to ensure your orders reach you in a timely and perfect condition. This Shipping Policy details our prepaid shipping rates, dispatch timelines, and our delivery partner, Shiprocket.

1. Prepaid Orders Only (No COD)

To ensure maximum efficiency and secure processing of handcrafted products:

• Prepaid Transactions: We only accept prepaid orders online. Payment can be completed securely via our payment gateway (Razorpay) using UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, or mobile wallets.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We strictly **do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD)** on any orders.

2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We provide standard nationwide shipping across India:

• Orders above ₹999: Free standard shipping across India.
• Orders below ₹999: A nominal flat shipping fee of ₹60 is applied at checkout.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

We work hard to get your handcrafted apparel shipped as quickly as possible:

• All standard orders are processed and dispatched within **1 to 2 business days** (excluding Sundays and national holidays) from our hub in Tamil Nadu.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually dispatched on the same business day.

4. Delivery Partners & Timelines

Once dispatched, your order is delivered directly to your doorstep using our premier logistics solution, **Shiprocket**:

• South India: 2 to 4 business days.
• Metro Cities (Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India (North, West, East, North-East): 4 to 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times might be slightly affected during extreme weather, festive seasons, or regional holidays.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. This link shows your real-time **Shiprocket tracking status** and estimated delivery date. You can also track your order at any time using your Order ID and email address on our Track Order page.
